Plug Hanger

It is simple, the amount of times I have tripped over my phone and charger hanging from the plug is silly, so why not come up with a design that holds it all together whilst the phone is charging? A very simple bag that hangs down off the devices plug which holds everything.

This could be developed into different shapes, maybe go for a big fluffy ball which it all hangs in, or an animal, or something maybe a little more sophisticated?

Puzzle

A new and different way to have coasters and place mats, have them looking like a huge jigsaw. With all the pieces fitting together to make a centre piece, either on a coffee table, kitchen top or on a dining table, it creates a sense of fun and will easily allow children to become involved more in setting the table for lunch, dinner or tea.

Materials this design could be made out of vary from porcelain to wood. However with porcelain it could chip easily, however beautiful and elegant it might look. And wood could be chunky, heavy and expensive to manufacture. So perhaps it could be made simply out of a plastic, maybe recycled plastic, with a wooden vaneer which will create a different effect. Another way it could be presented would be using colours, from pastels to bright bold colours. This will fit well for children, schools, young families, teenagers etc.

Forget Me Not

When you leave the house you usually forget something important like your keys, purse, change, glasses or a phone. So with the Forget Me Not board it reminds you of these things, 

Also it has To Do papers, Reminders and Notes for the little things you need to do that day. Plus the idea of having a note pad attached where it only has space for one thing to do. So say on a monday you know you only have time to do one thing, like laundry, then it goes on the one a day list. This helps make jobs seem more realistic and gives a sense of gratification due to the fact you have actually done the one thing you really wanted to get done that day.
