Mbrela Project between Lincoln University and Philadelphia University.

The brief we have been given by SLAM, has been to design 50 products with a range of target audiences. These products can me made into prototypes and even packaged. 

The different target audiences to have in mind are:

  • Sport
  • Female Market
  • Party/Cocktail Market
  • Personal
  • Wild Card
To understand a little about what each option mean, here is a slight break down.


  • Sport: To relate a design to a sport, for it to have a twist. (e.g, a cycling helmet toaster)
  • Female Market: For more products to relate to Females, (e.g, mothers, teenagers, grandmas)
  • Part/Cocktail Market: This is used very loosely. this could include, games, drinks, anything dynamic.
  • Personal: Anything that goes in a pocket, (e.g mobiles, cellphones, purse, wallet, kegs)
  • Wild Card:This is mainly for off market products, good for different target markets such as disabled.
